I was making ornaments with my youngest this morning and when it was time to put them in the oven, I was wondering how I'd make the holes for the string. And then BAM! I found a piece of garbage on my kitchen floor. (I swear I'm not a slob!). But the piece of garbage was a straw...
... As it turns out, straws are PERFECT for making the holes in the dough before they go into the oven. YAY for smarty pants moments, right!?
